Refund & Cancellation Policy
At V-Tech WASH, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. This policy outlines the rules for order cancellations, returns, and refunds, including payments made online.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- If the order has already been processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Online Payments
- All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
- In case of order cancellation or approved refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment (e.g., bank account, UPI, card) within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- V-Tech WASH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in a defective or damaged condition.
- Product not matching the description or agreed specifications.
Conditions:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds exclude shipping charges, unless the error was from our side.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers will bear return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
- After inspection and approval, refunds/replacements will be processed promptly.
